En janvier 2017, je me suis formé à la prise de parole auprès de Jean-Jacques Malherbe, formateur à Paris. J’avais, comme il le demande aux participants en amont, préparé un discours écrit de 3 minutes sur un projet de promotion de la qualité locale.

Pour rédiger ce blog je me suis replongé dans mon premier discours. Voici ce que je voulais dire au départ en substance :
- J’entends mettre mon énergie au service du développement économique local nantais.
- Je veux créer un groupement de professionnels partageant les mêmes valeurs, ayant pour nom Quedubon.
- L’objectif est de toucher un public plus large que les militants convaincus.
- Le bénéfice client sera mis en avant à travers une charte d’engagement qualité.
- Enfin, j’ai la volonté d’apporter un plaisir renouvelé dans le rapport à la consommation ».
Et j’avais prévu de résumer le projet en 5 points (ce qui était plutôt une bonne idée…)
A la relecture, je pense que la structure de mon message était plutôt équilibrée et fluide Mais il y a un hic : rien ne ressort vraiment de mon intervention qui ressemble davantage à un exposé.
Pourquoi ? Parce qu’au moment de la rédaction, je me suis davantage demandé si je retrouvais les fondamentaux de mon projet que ce que je souhaitais que le public retienne. Et ça change tout !
Au fil de cette formation de trois jours, j’ai retravaillé mon discours pour le simplifier et l’illustrer. Au final, voici ce que donnait en substance ma dernière intervention :

Je ne sais pas ce que vous en pensez mais je trouve que l’angle d’attaque est plus clair avec une idée principale développée et une seule : « la consommation locale est vertueuse ». Exit les autres aspects du projet (la charte, les différentes motivations, le rapport à la consommation ».
Choisir c’est renoncer…
Je développe ensuite la structure d’un message mais notez dès à présent la trame type : introduction > argumentation > conclusion. Cela peut paraître très scolaire mais ça marche depuis l’Antiquité ! Relevez également la reprise de l’idée principale au début et à la fin de l’intervention.
Car il est deux choses essentielles : soigner son entrée en matière ET sa conclusion.
